Ok, back in Boise!!
And our favorite water park! Roaring Springs! The temperature was cooler today (barely 80) so the park was not as busy! yeah!
The kids had a ball, and yes, I admit it is fun to watch them have that much fun! Lots of smiles today!
And we stopped at Barnes & Noble, to rest my weary mind and get us set up with some curriculum for the 3rd grader and workbooks to supplement Alexa! We are outfitted with a cursive writing workbook for Gav & workbooks for writing in general for both, as that is what they like least!
So, I feel like we are ready! The schools here will start on monday, so we plan to do the same.
The travel company is looking around the San Francisco area for the next 13 week assignment for us!
It looks like you had a great day! Maybe Alexa and Gavin could write a blog post or two as a writing assignment! I would like to read some book reviews as well as they finish some of their new books.

Good luck as you start school! San Francisco would be amazing!
ReplyDeleteLove your pics- and loved my postcard! Will be looking for a suitably weird one for my reply:) If they want to write to friends as part of your writing work I'd be happy to be your Mail Girl and deliver! Tell them the kitten's names are Mao (chinese for meow/cat) and Bu Ping( we couldn't decide between Boo and Ping after the book! ) Carolyn, Tessa and Oliver visited them yesterday- made me extra miss you! Have a fun first day of "school"- be sure to spend eons on RULES, make them use bathroom passes and maybe have a fire drill- LOL XO Mrs. J.
