the Grand Canyon

the Grand Canyon... we spent 2 nights here in the camper, we did a quick peek upon arrival at Mather Point. Then in the morning we did some housekeeping, desperately needed showers and laundry! Then, onto the canyon. We drove down the west side of the south rim and also got in a Ranger talk about the geology. The kids completed jr ranger badges here as well!

there was some snow and we saw many mule deer, and 2 elk deeper in the woods.
